These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ba778 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the ba778 website, mobile interface, or any associated services. Account Registration

Acceptable documents typically include a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months for address verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

User Obligations

Intellectual Property

ba778 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ba778 platform solely for your own personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba778 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to payment processing systems

In any event, ba778's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the ba778 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ba778 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 8

Account Closure & Termination

Either party may initiate the closure of a ba778 account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the ba778 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, provided that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding balance disputes.

ba778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity
• Operation of duplicate accounts or registration on behalf of a third party
• Detection of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or use of prohibited automated systems
• Player age verification failure (player confirmed to be under 18 years of age)
• Reasonable suspicion that the player poses a security or compliance risk to the ba778 platform or its other users
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Where an account is terminated for cause under the circumstances listed above, ba778 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds associated with the account will be forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Where an account is closed at ba778's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. ba778 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly.
